Ride the bike into the wheel channel. Put the kickstand down and secure with ratchet straps. |  |
To activate the loading sequence, hold the control button in the load position until the bike is level with the truck bed. | |

Push the bike forward on ball bearing glides. (An average person can move 10 times their own weight on the ball bearing glides.) |  |
Release the latch and the bike is loaded and ready for transport. Reverse the procedure to unload. | |
